good work done!

it had been an eventful week i've had... booked in early on sunday to touch up all the stuff for PATS inspection and worked till around 2am... on monday continued to do so, as well as to set up the conference room for the inspection... also concussed at around 2am...

on tue tat's the actual inspection where the auditors came and inspected.. at the end of the day, we got zero observations... woah!!..

wednesday there's the rehearsal for turn-ops parade. i was actually in the parade, but was pulled out as i needed to attend a briefing wif my dy at hq guards on thr.. so i was juz hanging around and doing nothing... but then, doing nothing means high tendency to get arrows.. and indeed i got when someone bought the issue of fire alarm ringing during the parade to S1.. his reply is "jun kok!!!" and i was appointed to station myself during the actual parade at the staircase ready to silence any alarm tat goes off.. but i continue to hang around wif my branch ppl doing nothing when another guy bought up the issue of finding someone to act as CO during the rehearsal to S1.. His reply? "Jun kok!!!!"... and the rest is history.. or rather, a defining moment for me... hahaa.... booked out later at nite, for a sleep on my own bed..

woke up 0630 on wed morning, set out to yishun wearing smart 4, to meet my dy... i was early, and he reached late... meaning, breakfast is on him... haha... bought mac... didnt really ask him to pay alot.. onli pay abit more than me... juz tat the taxi fare for the ride to hq guards was settled by him... to meeting in hq guards was chaired by DYCGO... and of course, was attended by a couple of LTC and MAJ, together wif other ranks of personnel... and of course, my rank is the lowest in that room.. the meeting wasn't really revelant to us, talking much about NS men... hence we contributed no input, yet got no output, from the meeting.. made our way back to camp after that, in the form of bus.. slept quite well during the journey.. in the evening, there was the turn-ops parade, graced by CGO as guest of honour... i guess it was quite well done... next on the schedule was to attend the celebration of my fren's ROM.. over there at the bungalow chalet i ate quite alot, again... this guy used to crap wif me and everybody in branch... now he've gotten himself married... haha.. happy for him...

den it's today, did nothing in branch other than to wait for booking out... quite a hectic week it've been... hopefully all the waves will subside soon and peace will prevail... hahaa, sound like it's juz after war... whatever the case, can look forward cos i've past another important milestone - PATS - as an ACC... now there's onli an alert red, atec, national day and yet another pats inspection stopping me from ORDing... and when tat day comes, i'll happily shout "ORD LOH!!!"
